Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Communications:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan in collaboration with HR and various functional departments.
    • Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistent messaging.
    • Create engaging content for internal newsletters and other communication platforms.
    • Organize internal events and activities to foster employee engagement and a positive work culture.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and adjust as needed.
    • Manage social media channels to promote the company culture and career opportunities.
  • External Communications:
    • Manage and execute external communication strategies to enhance the company's public image.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and press relations.
    • Prepare interviews for speeches and organize media trainings for company members.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
    • Write and distribute press releases, manage media briefings, coordinate, and prepare interviews.
    • Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Events and Sponsorship:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and sponsorships to promote the Europcar and Goldcar brands for B2C and B2B audiences.
    • Identify and manage opportunities for event participation and sponsorship that align with company objectives.
    • Oversee the logistics of events, including vendor management, budget planning, and on-site coordination.
    • Evaluate the success of events and sponsorship activities and provide recommendations for improvement to internal stakeholders and head of functions.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure events and sponsorships support broader business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal and external communications, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media management.
  • Experience in planning and executing corporate events and managing sponsorships.
