Job Description:
- Oversee the slaughter and evisceration workforce
- Guarantee adherence to production standards (efficiency, yield, hygiene, quality, safety protocols, basic maintenance, animal welfare, and withdrawal procedures)
- Relay production challenges to appropriate departments (cutting, maintenance) or external authorities (Departmental Directorate for Population Protection) and collaboratively develop solutions
- Engage in employee training and development (orientation, skill enhancement)
- Adjust team operations to enhance working conditions and workplace atmosphere
- Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and protocols
- Act as a substitute for the manager during their absence
- Flexible working hours: 3am-12pm
A solid initial experience in the food sector will provide you with significant independence. You are organized, responsive, and capable of adapting to various circumstances.
