The Role
We are seeking a Central Logistic Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading our CO Agent team to meet customer expectations and uphold our company's standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Set individual and team goals, and monitor progress to achieve them.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and challenges.
- Develop team members' skills through continuous training and coaching.
- Ensure process compliance and response times are met, and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
- Collect and analyze internal customer and delivery partner feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to address issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage and optimize our CO Agent teams' tools with Product/Tech teams.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and present results and recommendations for improvement plans.
Requirements
- Demonstrate fluency in English.
- Exhibit excellent project management and process improvement skills.
- Show proficiency in written and oral communication techniques.
- Motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Apply problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
- Exhibit excellent listening and understanding of customer needs.
- Handle stressful situations and conflicts effectively.
