Your Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and standardize flight instructors, except Theoretical Knowledge Instructors
- Oversee the local standardization staff
- Standardize flight and flight simulator instruction
- Guide recruitment, selection, and validation of instructors and part-timers
- Represent the Head of Training within the Ab-Initio Flight Academy(s)
- Develop and implement dedicated MPL courses
- Manage projects within flight training, from creation to deployment
- Provide effective oversight and proactive management of MPL programs and Airbus Flight Academy Program
- Identify and advise on emerging issues and opportunities for training program enhancement
- Coordinate with local Airbus Flight Academy Postholders and staff to identify operational needs
- Monitor and maintain operational data to guide business decisions
- Monitor, review, and act upon applicable regulatory, customer, and external guidance
- Facilitate and assist in the implementation of Airbus instructor standardization policies
- Monitor the quality of training delivery and take corrective action
- Coordinate with Standards, Compliance, and Regulatory departments to maintain local alignment
- Provide guidance and assistance in the development and implementation of new training programs
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and develop close relationships with key customers, authorities, and clients
- EASA CFI pre-requisites
- Extensive experience in flight instruction and flight examiner (FE/CRE)
- Working knowledge of applicable national aviation authority organization(s) and regulations
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Interpersonal skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Verbal and written communication abilities in English and one other language
- Ability to focus and work in a complex environment
- Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems unsupervised
