Airbus Flight Instructor

Airbus is seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Flight Instructor to join our team at the Airbus Training Centre. As a Synthetic Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing airline crews on all operational and technical aspects of Airbus aircraft using a range of training devices, including fixed base simulators, classroom, Airbus pilots training devices, and full flight simulators.
Key Responsibilities:- Instruct crews using the above-mentioned training devices
- Deliver specific courses, such as ETOPS and performance, as required
- Participate in courses development or standardization instruction, as needed
- 3000 hours of total flight time as a pilot, with a minimum of 1500 flight hours on multi-pilot aircraft
- EASA CPL License and a frozen EASA ATPL or a valid EASA ATPL license
- Type rating on Airbus aircraft is a plus
- Synthetic Flight Instructor Authorization or experience as an Instructor is a plus
- Negotiation level of English is required for this position
- Recognized for pedagogy, perseverance, flexibility, curiosity, and adaptability
- Available for business trips worldwide
