Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to our customers in the Paris Area. As a key member of our expanding Field Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation and servicing of our advanced lighting systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Support
  2. Service, Troubleshoot, and Repair Lutron Systems
  3. Coordinate with Contractors and Facility Managers
  4. Sell Lutron's Service Products
  5. Support Technical Support Team
  6. Participate in Customer Education Sessions
Qualifications
  1. Electrical Engineering Degree or Equivalent
  2. 3-5 Years Electrical and Construction Site Experience
  3. 3-5 Years Hands-on Lighting/AV Commissioning Experience
  4. Knowledge of Lighting Controls and Building Management Systems
  5. Strong Problem-Solving and Fault-Finding Skills
  6. Ability to Travel Frequently
  7. Proven Ability to Work Independently
  8. Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
  9. Valid Driver's License
  10. Fluency in English and French
