Position Overview
As a Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will be an integral part of the Europe Compliance & Internal Control Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in the oversight of compliance frameworks for affiliated management entities as part of the Enterprise Compliance Program at Natixis Investment Managers. This involves preparing Compliance Committees, maintaining strong relationships with Compliance Officers across subsidiaries, and conducting annual evaluations of each affiliate's compliance framework.
- Managing cross-functional initiatives to facilitate and oversee the implementation of compliance frameworks within subsidiaries that adhere to new regulations. This includes training sessions, workshops, analyzing regulatory deviations, and defining as well as monitoring action plans.
- Assisting in the preparation of Compliance Committees for Natixis IM and contributing to Group Compliance Committees.
- Contributing to the development of reports and documentation for senior management and the Group.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining Global Policies and Procedures in accordance with regulatory changes, ensuring their effective implementation across all Affiliates.
In your role as Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will serve as a key resource on specific regulations and cross-functional projects.
You will operate within an international setting, collaborating with a community of experts dedicated to excellence, impact, and collective action.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

- Possessing a higher education degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or internal control functions. Experience in consulting or auditing firms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulations relevant to asset management companies, financial products, and markets.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in complex environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities, and the capacity to work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
