Role
Reporting to the Director of Citizenship and Prevention, you will be responsible for:
- Cemetery Management
- Welcoming and informing the public and funeral service providers: site searches, information, purchase and renewal of concessions, pricing.
- Administrative and financial management of the cemetery: cemetery records, revenue title establishment, decree drafting, treasury relationship.
- Updating requiem software: management of funeral concessions.
- Monitoring work carried out by marble workers.
- Orientation, information, and monitoring of funeral operations (exhumations...).
- Implementation of the concession recovery procedure.
- Weekly Market Management
- One Saturday morning per month, you are responsible for the placement of non-sedentary merchants and the management of the city's weekly market.
- You participate in the logistical organization of the Angevines festival: placement of non-sedentary merchants, fairground rides, and collection of fees.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is interested in funeral professions and masters the regulatory aspects of this field.
- Ensures the proper management of the cemetery, provides quality reception and information to users, and respects confidentiality.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys interacting with the public (cemetery, market), and is able to enforce internal regulations and service pricing.
- Is rigorous, organized, and available, demonstrating a sense of public service and initiative, autonomy, and responsibility in managing their activities.
- Has knowledge of requiem software (arpège) and mastery of office tools.
