Your Civic Service Role
Goals
The mission is designed to enhance communication efforts focused on career guidance and professional integration for high school and university students.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in promotional activities and enhance visibility for the service's initiatives (photos, reports, videos, social media, etc.), while innovating communication strategies to connect with our student demographic, particularly through social media, in collaboration with the communication officer.
- Collaborate with student organizations to increase awareness of Espace Avenir.
- Conduct surveys and gather insights from high school and college students, as well as student organizations, to collect valuable feedback.
- Participate in activities at the resource center: support user engagement, guide individuals towards tools and resources, and share experiences.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials and strategies for students, offering their unique perspective.
- Assist in organizing events for Espace Avenir catering to various audiences (forums, professional meetings, university days, open house events, etc.).

Your mentor at Espace Avenir will be Charles JOFFRE, the communication project coordinator.
