Sales Director

Luminary Group is seeking a Sales Director to drive the Systems Sales Division in France. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop customized solutions, and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers and Sales Support teammates.
- Implement tools and resources for team success and provide regular coaching activities.
- Ensure continuity of departmental activities in the absence of employees.
- Evaluate the sales organization and determine the optimal design, strategic direction, and tactical implementation.
- Maintain excellent internal communication with other divisions.
- Actively participate in sales and service meetings.
- Successfully achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop the local Commercial Strategy and tactics.
- Set commercial objectives for the team and manage productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of min. 5 years experience as a commercial leader.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within target industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
