Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks under the supervision of the Operations Manager:

  • Preparation of the construction site (analysis of technical reports, plan, planning of subcontractors, and inventory management)
  • Site management and coordination (coordinating site managers, respecting deadlines and costs, and ensuring safety)
  • Team and subcontractor management
  • Client relations and reception of works (ensuring liaison with clients, architects, and BE, organizing and supervising the reception of works, and ensuring follow-up after reception)

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a BT-P degree and relevant experience in a project management role. You should have a strong understanding of construction techniques and excellent interpersonal skills. You should be rigorous, motivated, and organized.
