Your MissionYou will be part of the Quality Manager team and work closely with the architecture and various application and infrastructure teams. You will be part of a quality-organization curriculum and bring your practical skills to produce added-value services.
Main Responsibilities- Help the DSI departments to better organize themselves in a transverse way:
- Analyze processes and improve them
- Aid in defining the progress plan to be implemented
- Accompany the implementation of the plan
- Create and propose dashboards and indicators that measure activity, trace performance improvement, and enable operational management
- Aid in structuring existing tools (Sharepoint, ServiceNow)
- Aid in preparing audits and conducting periodic reviews
- Aid in deploying new tools
- BTS or DUT in Quality
- You have a sense of service, you like working in a team, and sharing your experiences.
- English: fluent
- Mastery of MS Visio would be an asset.
- Excellent synthesis capacity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both with expert teams and management
- Intellectual curiosity
- Conviction and influence capacity
- Rigour and organization
- Collaborative manager, able to lead teams to question themselves and structure themselves
- Ability to integrate the expectations of various stakeholders in the DSI and those of its clients
