Apprentice Business Enterprise Architect Finance and Procurement

The Apprentice Business Enterprise Architect Finance and Procurement will be responsible for supporting the Business Enterprise Architect in managing the Finance and Purchasing business line roadmap, including functional process management, data management, and information system management.
The role will involve working transversally with all the Finance Business units, the DF&P Finance team, and IT, and will require the ability to bring creativity, energy, and unique viewpoints to a team effort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing the accessibility, consistency, and integrity of data for the functional needs of the Finance/Purchasing business line, contributing to the development of the Group data glossary, and supporting data stewards in the Finance & Purchasing area.
The role will also involve upgrading our SAP system to S/4, participating in drawing up the first study workshops and carrying them out, updating application mapping, and participating in the pre-study of other projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to prepare materials to present analyses, results, change management, training, etc., and will be open and curious, enjoying sharing knowledge and know-how, and being a driving force in a multicultural environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Apprentice Business Enterprise Architect Finance and Procurement will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Business Enterprise Architect in managing the Finance and Purchasing business line roadmap
- Guaranteeing the accessibility, consistency, and integrity of data for the functional needs of the Finance/Purchasing business line
- Contributing to the development of the Group data glossary
- Supporting data stewards in the Finance & Purchasing area
- Upgrading our SAP system to S/4
- Participating in drawing up the first study workshops and carrying them out
- Updating application mapping
- Participating in the pre-study of other projects
