Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Supervisor to join our Shared Services organization at Electronic Arts (EA). This role will be responsible for leading the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, performing controls, and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and country regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the P2P process in an autonomous manner, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform controls before payment runs to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Approve supplier invoices and analyze the ledger before each quarter end.
  • Support and train business partners on the P2P process, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts monthly and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Major Functions & Related Activities
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance P2P processes and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and country regulations, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services team leadership to improve and simplify processes, drive global alignment, and build scalable systems to support business growth.
  • Identify and report problems prior to escalation, providing alternative solutions to resolve moderate issues.
  • Provide regular updates on key tasks and KPIs to wider teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support projects in partnership with key stakeholders, including business partners, controllership, and IT.
  • Review historical data and identify emerging trends to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Partner with the Global Finance Center (GFC) team to align KPIs, processes, and expectations.
Experience & Capabilities
  • 3+ years of experience working within an international finance organization.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative, and flexibility.
  • Effective communicator in person, written, and through clear presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent working experience.
  • Technical skills in Oracle ERP and PBI, with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
