Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial and administrative tasks related to contracts and other agreements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with the Comptability team to modify contracts and agreements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.
  • Update and maintain financial records and documents in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Higher education degree in a relevant field (BAC +2/3 in Management).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
