Unsaid Paris, a pioneering Maison in luxury, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join its team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for welcoming, advising, and building customer loyalty in line with the Maison's values and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Director in the daily and strategic management of the store.
  • Closing sales and contributing to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ensuring the store is well-maintained and provides an excellent welcome at all times.
  • Representing the Unsaid brand to clients.
  • Presenting items and developing product arguments tailored to the clientele.
  • Building customer loyalty and ensuring personalized follow-up.
  • Conducting and tracking sales.
  • Implementing merchandising to showcase products.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring its optimization.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the world of jewelry, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in this sector, and significant experience as a senior salesperson or assistant manager.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; a third language would be appreciated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and interaction with a demanding clientele.
  • Mastery of luxury product sales techniques, dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and excellent presentation.
