Our team of experts covers the Oil & Gas and Power & Utilities sectors, with deep knowledge in Energy transition and Sustainability, Energy Trading and Risk Management, and Energy Engineering and Services.
What You'll DoAs a Senior Associate/Consultant within BCG's Energy Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry shaping the future of the nuclear industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting government in designing their nuclear program in Western Europe
- Helping the project owner to select nuclear technology for future nuclear new build in Eastern Europe
- Supporting SMR developer to build their global supply chain and accelerate commercial readiness in North America
- Supporting M&A deals in decommissioning space in Europe
- Defining industrial strategy for spent nuclear fuel retreatment and recycling
- Performing project recovery of utility-scale nuclear new build project, both with project owner and major contractors
- Helping nuclear fusion player in their long-term commercial strategy
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for the nuclear energy industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, either for a nuclear energy industry organisation or a consulting firm with experience in nuclear energy topics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
- Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
- Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
