As a Maintenance Technician, you will be integrated into a dynamic team of approximately 10 individuals, addressing client needs through issue analysis and delivering customized solutions. Your role will be within a High Technologies manufacturing environment, closely working with various departments such as Industrialization, Process, Quality, and R&D.
Under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager of the Heating unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of both new and existing machinery, adhering to safety, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting preventive maintenance on heating unit machinery.
- Executing routine repairs within the workshop.
- Proposing and implementing enhancements to improve reliability and optimize production tools in collaboration with the industrialization and process teams.
- Engaging in continuous improvement practices, executing action plans based on performance evaluations, while adhering to safety protocols.
Throughout your role, you will exhibit a commitment to understanding internal client needs, analyzing their challenges, and delivering tailored solutions.

Proficiency in the Office suite is expected, while knowledge in automation (TIA PORTAL), hydraulics, and electricity will be advantageous for managing all interventions.
