Key Responsibilities- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate compliance with internal and external regulations, identifying potential non-compliance risks.
- Control Plan Management: Establish, manage, and monitor the multi-year control plan for the compliance function, organizing second-line defense controls.
- Risk Identification: Identify compliance risks and create a risk map for all monitored activities.
- Second-Line Defense Controls: Execute second-line defense controls covering governance and internal control aspects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor bank activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Compliance Reporting: Create reports on compliance monitoring results, analyzing potential violations and corrective actions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance policy implementation.
- Corrective Actions: Work with relevant departments to implement corrective measures in case of non-compliance.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in financial regulation to ensure the bank remains compliant.
- Policy Effectiveness: Analyze the effectiveness of existing compliance policies.
- KPI Creation: Create and monitor KPIs to measure compliance procedure effectiveness.
- Regulatory Reporting: Submit regular reports to regulatory authorities.
- Master's Degree: Finance, Banking, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in compliance with a focus on internal policy management.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is an asset.
