We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager - Water Distribution. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of new water connection projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Technical Supervision: Ensure that all technical aspects of the project are executed in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and quality standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular activity reports, project updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize costs and delivery times.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water distribution sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, branch connection techniques, and safety standards.
- Management Skills: Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple projects, and work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Rigorous, organized, and possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Language: Fluency in French (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
