About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Projects Manager to join our team at Lagardère Travel Retail. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, coordinating these projects from end-to-end, from recommendations/solutions design to operational implementation in all 40 countries of the Group.
  • Ensure PMO for the projects, organizing work and project team, coordinating various teams and functions involved in countries or HQ.
  • Produce all documentation needed to roll-out the project, including good practices, guidelines, training documents, webinars, and Executive Summaries targeting top management.
  • Monitor and document qualitative and quantitative results after implementation, building strong benchmarks and REX, and actively sharing operational good practices to foster continuous improvement in all countries.
  • Support countries in the day-to-day for the operational implementation of the projects, with a hands-on and field approach.
Requirements
  • Master in Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Operations, Strategy, Project management, or Finance.
  • Excellent project management skills, including organization, coordination, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage various tasks and projects, deliver ambitious results, and possess good anticipation, organization, and priority management skills.
  • Strong interest in operations, field, and hand-on approach.
