Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Piping Designer to join our team. As a Piping Designer, you will be responsible for developing design solutions within agreed scope and schedule. Your primary focus will be on utilizing technical knowledge and software tools to clearly depict designs that can be easily interpreted by others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical knowledge and software tools to develop designs within agreed scope and schedule.
  • Communicate with Engineers and/or Lead Designer to ensure design intent is understood.
  • Plan and deliver assigned tasks accurately within the agreed time frame.
  • Prioritize activities and effectively manage conflicting deadlines ensuring continued progress to meet the schedule.
  • Organize documents and deliverables so they are easy to understand and locate.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in piping design. You should be proficient in 3D modeling and able to issue isometrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for interfacing with the SBM KL piping team, verifying piping tie-ins align between vessel and topsides, and red-lining pipe supports for critical lines from 90% support installation completion.

Benefits:
SBM Offshore offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
