Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team and handling export documents in accordance with international trade and transport rules.
Key Responsibilities:- Satisfy client demands.
- Supervise a team and handle export documents in the entirety of operations according to international trade and transport rules.
- Integrate into our company culture.
- Communicate with clients, network, and carriers.
- Understand and respect internal and external procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Transport and/or International Commerce with experience.
- Limited ability to communicate effectively.
- Team spirit.
- English proficiency.
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, holiday, sick time, health plan, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, training and personnel development program, growth opportunities within the company, and employee referral program bonus.
