About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Croix-Rouge française. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing a team of financial professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of approximately 5 direct reports and 70 indirect reports across two sites
  • Supervise the work of financial reviewers for 7 sectors of activity during monthly and annual closing processes
  • Oversee financial accounting in establishments and Shared Service Centers
  • Organize the preparation and review of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial planning and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of financial procedures and projects
  • Respond to requests from external auditors
  • Develop and implement training programs for financial staff
  • Participate in and support the implementation of financial projects

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial management and leadership. You should have a degree in accounting or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have experience in managing teams and be proficient in financial software and tools.
