Job Title: Payroll Manager
Overview
As a Payroll Manager at Elsan, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of employee records within the payroll system.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies for client facilities.
- Gather, verify, and process employee data including absences, medical leaves, promotions, etc.
- Generate and review payroll statements.
- Validate and produce necessary documentation.
- Prepare all required regulatory paperwork for employee separations.
- Manage sick leave declarations and oversee Social Security and Insurance benefits.
Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with ADP DECIDIUM software is advantageous.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management with a focus on high-volume processing is required.
Compensation
Salary will be determined based on the established scale and relevant experience.
