About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Groupe Crédit Agricole in Cazères. As a key member of our professional client services team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our business clients in the Haute-Garonne region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive banking services to clients
  • Manage client risk and participate in amicable debt recovery
  • Promote synergies between professional client services and our network of local branches

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, marketing)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or client management in the banking sector
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and analytical skills
