Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control the maintenance of a fleet of industrial vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and cost, time, and quality imperatives.
  • Organize and coordinate activities among team members within the workshop and on-site.
  • As the workshop leader, plan and control activities, including:
    • Assigning tasks to team members.
    • Coordinating activities between the agency reception and the workshop.
    • Planning and controlling vehicle repairs, inspections, and receptions.
    • Ensuring regulatory compliance with vehicle usage.
    • Monitoring activity performance and achieving workshop objectives.
    • Providing training and support to team members.
    • Verifying and updating activity tracking documents.
    • Identifying non-conformities, dysfunctions, and customer complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
    • Managing stock levels, including reordering and inventory management.
    • Ensuring adherence to procedures, internal regulations, safety protocols, and risk prevention records.
  • Regarding vehicle repair and maintenance, the incumbent:
    • Welcomes and addresses customer requests.
    • Provides clear diagnostics to customers.
    • Offers advice and promotes additional sales.
    • Supports mechanics and operators during complex maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid CACES certificate for the equipment to be handled, preferably with a PL permit.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (e.g., BTS in After-Sales Automotive Services with a focus on VI) and have at least one year of experience in the relevant field.
