Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow profitable relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new sectorized corporates, focusing on the CF&A sector.
  • Lead and execute the commercial strategy in coordination with internal stakeholders, including Commodities Food & Agri Sector, products, countries, and management.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and prospects by leveraging ING's sector expertise, product range, and international network.
  • Ensure financial and non-financial risks management on clients' portfolios in scope.
Requirements:
  • Business school/University master degree in economics/finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Relationship management/Front Office/origination roles, with a focus on the Food & Agri sector.
  • Deal/transaction experience and proven contribution to winning new business/new clients.
  • Understanding and knowledge of CIB products, credit analysis skills, and adherence to credit and compliance processes.
  • Strong taste for an international environment and mastery of French and English.
  • Commercial ease, ability to obtain commitment from others, and natural ability to motivate and lead a team.
