Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow profitable relationships with clients and prospects.
- Manage a portfolio of existing and new sectorized corporates, focusing on the CF&A sector.
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy in coordination with internal stakeholders, including Commodities Food & Agri Sector, products, countries, and management.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and prospects by leveraging ING's sector expertise, product range, and international network.
- Ensure financial and non-financial risks management on clients' portfolios in scope.
- Business school/University master degree in economics/finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Relationship management/Front Office/origination roles, with a focus on the Food & Agri sector.
- Deal/transaction experience and proven contribution to winning new business/new clients.
- Understanding and knowledge of CIB products, credit analysis skills, and adherence to credit and compliance processes.
- Strong taste for an international environment and mastery of French and English.
- Commercial ease, ability to obtain commitment from others, and natural ability to motivate and lead a team.
- A challenging and competitive environment with ambitious targets.
