**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Train Control Engineer to join our Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development of all deliverables for a project, collaborating with various teams to ensure quality software and hardware products are produced.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage project development, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software and hardware products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, hardware engineering, and quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, as needed.
**Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience in an engineering office, preferably in the transportation or railway industry.
- General technical knowledge in various disciplines, including software development, hardware engineering, and project management.
- Proficiency in project development processes, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix, multi-site, and international organization.
- Fluency in English is a must.
