At Redstone Search, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our precious metals division. As the Head of Precious Metals and Commodities, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational management of the division, ensuring its profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global strategy for the precious metals business, aligning with company goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee trading and marketing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with internal departments to establish global precious metal operations and logistics processes.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and increase profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights into the precious metals market, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for the division.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the precious metals industry, with a strong track record in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of precious metals trading, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions to solve short-term and longer-term challenges.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools.
