About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Global Markets team, specifically the Summit Derivatives team, led by Mirela Marin. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Summit Derivatives Back Office system, which supports our derivatives trading activities in Europe and internationally.
Your main tasks will include:
- Participating in the evolution of the system's architecture, leveraging the capabilities of the Finastra software;
- Accompanying the business in the expression of needs and proposing relevant solutions;
- Writing functional specifications for the teams and assisting them in understanding the work to be done;
- Writing and implementing reception plans and intervening in user testing support;
- Writing and animating presentations/formations and reporting committee reports;
- Being in contact with the editor on new needs and following up on deliveries;
- Cadre, planning, coordinating projects and maintenance/support work.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance, particularly in derivatives and back-office activities. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis roles and be proficient in the Finastra software and SQL language. You should also be autonomous, proactive, and have a strong sense of teamwork and communication.
