Business Analyst Derivatives Specialist

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is a leading financial institution that provides a wide range of services to its clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Global Markets department, specifically in the Summit Derivatives team.
About the RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve our financial systems. You will work closely with our IT team to design, implement, and maintain our Summit Derivatives Back Office system, which is used to manage our derivatives trading activities in Europe and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the evolution of the system architecture, leveraging the capabilities of the Finastra progiciel.
- Accompany the business in the expression of needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Write functional specifications for the teams and assist them in understanding the work to be done.
- Write and implement reception plans and intervene in support of user tests.
- Write and animate presentations/formations and the minutes of committees.
- Be in contact with the editor on new needs and follow up on deliveries.
- Cadre, plan, coordinate projects and maintenance/support work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, computer science).
- At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and back office processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
