Cloudway Talent has partnered with a leading Salesforce Pure-Player in Paris, offering a unique opportunity for a Salesforce Consultant to join their team.
This specialized consulting firm focuses on implementing Salesforce technology within Retail, Luxury, Manufacturing, and Industrial Sectors.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and turn them into new ideas and solutions based on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to identify their problems and turn them into new ideas and solutions based on Salesforce.
- Turn client requirements into functional and technical documentation, and manage the implementation process with the development and configuration teams.
- Work as a liaison and conduit between the client and the development/technical teams, providing guidance and challenging design decisions.
- Participate in workshop processes and contribute to position papers on certain topics and issues.
- Participate in the pre-sales cycle for new projects and support/mentor junior colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Strong consulting skills with relevant experience working in workshops, managing projects, writing documentation, liaising with clients, building out ideas, and writing position papers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
