Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation Expert

NTU International A/S is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to support the African Union Commission (AUC) in accelerating the implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy for Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to support the AUC in implementing the Digital Transformation Strategy for Africa
  • Lead a team of experts in the development and implementation of digital transformation projects
  • Develop and shape ICT policies to support digital transformation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships with governmental bodies, industry partners, and civil society
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a relevant discipline
  • At least 10 years' experience in the field of ICT, preferably with a focus on digital transformation in Africa
  • Professional experience as Team Leader on at least 2 long-term assignments in development cooperation
  • Experience of leading at least 1 digital transformation project and developing and shaping ICT policies to support digital transformation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of EU policy and development orientations in the concerned sectors/areas
  • Knowledge of the AU institutional setting and understanding of the Digital Transformation Strategy for Africa
  • Advanced level English or French (at least C1)
