Daher is a leading aerospace and industrial equipment manufacturer, renowned for its expertise in aircraft construction, aeronautical systems and equipment, logistics, and supply chain management.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our logistics and industrial services projects, from initial conception to operational implementation.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions for logistics and industrial service projects.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, analyze specifications, and engage in meetings and site visits with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Lead the development of comprehensive project proposals, encompassing technical and financial aspects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Coordinate and mobilize internal resources, including sales, quality assurance, security, human resources, finance, information systems, legal, and other relevant departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in client presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating project proposals and securing contracts.
- In collaboration with operations teams, oversee the successful launch of new service initiatives, including resource allocation, deployment planning, and operational setup.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in logistics and industrial services, identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
