Drive Commercial Success in Lille

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Regeneron, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial goals and fostering a high-performance culture in the Lille territory. Your responsibilities will include running your territory, ensuring professional account planning and management of key accounts, and implementing a targeted and segmented approach.

A Day in the Life
  • Establish and lead high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals by staying up-to-date on scientific knowledge and implementing sales and marketing plans.
  • Deliver the value proposition for the brand through key message communication to HCPs.
  • Work in alignment with the Brand Plan to develop and implement a local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and activities that support HCP needs.
  • Leverage all communication channels, including digital channels, to achieve the best possible share of voice in the market.
  • Report results and developments proactively and clearly to the Immunology leadership team.
Requirements
  • You are passionate about ensuring that the asset's objectives are met by communicating key messages to HCPs, in line with good practice.
  • You are committed to working in collaboration and developing excellent partnerships internally and externally, with previous experience in an alliance highly desired.
  • You are enthusiastic about handling multiple channels to optimize customer engagement, such as face-to-face interactions, remote calls, approved emails, and digital communication platforms.
  • You can operate effectively in a start-up model, as this is a new team.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a Diplôme de la Visite Médicale with a minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Immunology, ideally in Pulmonology. You should be comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license. Conversational English is desirable but not required.
