Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

As a key player in the commercial strategy, you will report directly to the Regional Director and take charge of driving the growth of your designated area. Your primary focus will be on promoting a diverse range of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage in negotiations and sales of product lines to pharmacists and their teams,
  • Manage order processing, including tracking, invoicing, and handling customer accounts (resolving disputes, managing unsold items...),
  • Provide expert advice to pharmacists and their teams regarding product sales, inventory management, and merchandising strategies,
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with commercial partners,
  • Prioritize visits and optimize your travel routes effectively,
  • Organize, monitor, and document your activities within the CRM system,
  • Develop a strategic action plan for your sector that aligns with national goals,
  • Evaluate performance against targets using key performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions or development strategies,
  • Propose enhancements or create marketing resources,
  • Gather, assess, and relay requests and information to pertinent departments, including pharmacovigilance.

Coverage Area: Departments P-19, P-24, P-87.

Profile: You should possess a higher education qualification in commerce (e.g., BTS, ESC minimum) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.

With outstanding sales capabilities, a strong drive for challenges, and a thorough understanding of sales techniques and customer relations, you are meticulous, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive representation of the company.
