Michael Page, a prominent entity in specialized recruitment and interim solutions across various regions, is on the lookout for seasoned professionals for a leading multinational firm.
In the role of Assistant Site Manager at a major data facility, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Supervising designated resources to guarantee client satisfaction, reliability of processes, management of budgets, and achievement of KPIs.
- Leading and nurturing a team of 10 members.
- Coordinating client installations and project execution in accordance with existing agreements.
- Fostering client relationships in partnership with installation and customer service teams.
- Assessing service quality and capacity utilization in anticipation of future growth requirements.
- Identifying competitive suppliers and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related domain (data centers, telecommunications) within an international context.
Alongside technical proficiency in electrical engineering (HT/LT) and fire safety, familiarity with IT tools such as AutoCAD, CMMS, and MS Project is essential.
Operational proficiency in English is a must.
The successful applicant will be recognized for their practical approach, excellent interpersonal skills (including team and contractor management), attention to detail, independence, and collaborative spirit.
