Offshore Hoist Operator (m/f/x)Your ContributionExpect to be part of a welcoming and supportive team where collaboration is key. Your commitment to high-quality standards will ensure our representation is exemplary, fostering long-term customer satisfaction. We offer a permanent employment contract with a flat organizational structure, complemented by a flexible work schedule in a 7/7 rotation, allowing for 7 days off following 7 days of work.
Your Responsibilities- Operate the helicopter winch, ensuring seamless mission execution.
- Document hoist cycles along with any faults or incidents during winch operations.
- Prepare the helicopter for missions and manage passenger interactions.
- Assist in line maintenance activities.
- Maintain constant communication with the pilot, functioning as a cohesive unit.
- Adhere to pilot instructions diligently.
- Proven experience as a Hoist Operator in the offshore domain.
- Experience in maintenance is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of winch operations and emergency equipment.
- Exhibit a service-oriented mindset, treating passengers with care and professionalism.
- Teamwork, reliability, and decision-making skills are essential.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
