Contexte de recrutement et rôle

Rattachée à la Directrice des Ventes de notre Business Line Lead Supply, le CSM prend en charge un portefeuille de clients stratégiques sur les activités de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de portail digital de l'entreprise. Au cœur de la relation client, il a pour mission d'assurer la satisfaction constante et la fidélisation de son portefeuille client.

Vos missions

Gérer la relation client

Accomplir les objectifs de satisfaction client et de fidélisation en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les équipes opérationnelles.

Fidéliser son portefeuille client

Identifier les actions à mener pour favoriser la fidélisation client et valider leur pertinence auprès des clients.

Développer le CA auprès du portefeuille de clients

Remonter au chef de produit la perception client des offres de Paragon pour influencer l'évolution de l'offre.

Reporter sur la performance de la relation client

Définir les KPI avec le client et en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles pour suivre et analyser les performances de la relation client.

Profil recherché

Les prérequis pour ce poste

Diplômé(e) d'une Grande école de commerce ou équivalent, avec une expérience équivalente de 3 ans minimum au sein d'une entreprise idéalement dans le secteur du print ou en ventes complexes.

Autonomie et proactivité, compétences organisationnelles très développées, sens certain des priorités pour garantir une gestion efficace des projets.
