Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Manager to lead our THV business in France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a team of Field Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7 Field Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and execute compelling account strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
- Build strong relationships with external and internal customers, including mid and senior level healthcare professionals.
- Coach team members in sales and communications tools and techniques to improve work performance and develop skills and abilities.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team by hiring, training, and retaining high-quality Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business or related experience.
- Experience in commercial positions in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to create, communicate, and achieve a vision.
- Excellent coaching skills, including the ability to observe, evaluate, and use various techniques to improve results.
- Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively.
- Firsthand experience working directly with customers, opinion leaders, technical experts, and professional staff, as well as broad exposure to the healthcare industry and its competitors.
