Mission Coordinator

ADMR, a leading provider of services to the community, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Un(e) chargé(e) de mission MONALISA (H/F).

This is a challenging opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our community outreach initiatives. As a Community Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage local communities and promote our services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, local authorities, and partner organizations.
• Coordinating and delivering community-based programs and events to promote social inclusion and reduce isolation among vulnerable populations.
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our services and engage with the community.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in a field such as social work, community development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community outreach, program development, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement.
• Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
