Community Outreach Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Mission Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing community outreach initiatives, building partnerships, and promoting our mission to combat social isolation among the elderly.

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage local authorities and partners in our mission
• Collaborate with existing initiatives and organizations to promote our cause and build a network of supporters
• Recruit and manage a team of volunteers to support our outreach efforts
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for new volunteers
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and partner organizations
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our mission and activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our outreach initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, community development, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community outreach, project management, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Full-time position, 35 hours per week
• Based in Carpiquet or Mondeville, with regular travel throughout the department
