Business Development Director

Brainfield Recrutement is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Agency for one of its clients, a family-owned group specializing in multi-technical maintenance of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability, ensuring the satisfaction of clients and adherence to company procedures.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient management of resources and personnel.
• Financial Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including annual sales targets, gross and contributory margins, and operational costs.
• Contract Management: Ensure the successful launch of new markets and the execution of existing contracts, adhering to contractual rules and regulations.
• Team Management: Lead a team of approximately 50 people, promoting engagement and motivation through the implementation of company policies and objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting individual and collective objectives and implementing management rituals to drive success.
• Resource Planning: Collaborate with support functions to anticipate resource needs and ensure the availability of necessary personnel and materials.
• Quality Management: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures, including ISO 9001 certification and professional certifications.
