About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice IT Project Manager to join our Digital Technology department in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with our sales systems, including OTIS Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and our local system named SCOTT.
- Develop a deep understanding of these applications and their data model, as well as the skills required to integrate them.
- Collaborate with our contractors to write specifications and requirements, and validate their developments.
- Assist in the testing of our test environments and monitor production activity.
- Support the project manager in daily management tasks, including planning and budgeting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong interest in IT tools and digitalization, as well as a critical and constructive mindset. You should be methodical and organized, with a willingness to work in project mode and/or AGIL mode. Your level of English should enable you to follow conversations, understand meetings, and write simple minutes.
