Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cuisinier.ère to join our team at Groupe Convivio in Chatou. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including hot and cold preparations, using fresh ingredients.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and service areas.
  • Participate in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards.

Work Environment and Organization

  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Work a standard 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm.
  • Be part of a close-knit team of 4 colleagues, including chefs and service staff.

Requirements

  • Hold a CAP cuisine diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.
  • Be dynamic, organized, and communicative, with a passion for cooking and excellent interpersonal skills.
