About the Role
As a Change Implementation Specialist at Altrad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our Change Management Plan. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all stakeholders involved in the process are kept up-to-date with the progress of all submitted changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing review of our Change Management Plan to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Change Register, reflecting the status of changes within the project.
- Monitor all project changes to close-out, ensuring that any outstanding issues are progressed in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the management of the Change Committee, facilitating effective decision-making and communication.
- Present metrics to the Senior Project Team regarding changes within the project on a regular basis, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Establish and analyze trends in submitted changes, providing insights to the Senior Project Team for review and action.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Regularly review the project portfolio on our Contract Management Software Package to ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge and experience of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience in establishing and building strong relationships, with the ability to challenge and influence others to achieve a common vision.
- Ability to work collaboratively, remaining resilient and tenacious in the face of challenges.
- Demonstrable organizational and planning skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
- Commercial acumen, with a familiarity of project management skillsets and tools.
- Change Management certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with our operating environment and the NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract is beneficial.
- Understanding of our Contract Management Software Tool is essential.
