Objective: To assist the Legal and Compliance Division in establishing and executing the legal, compliance, and ethical framework.
Your Duties:
- Prepare, assess, and negotiate agreements for Limagrain Corporate and affiliated companies.
- Provide legal guidance and assistance to operational teams throughout contract discussions.
- Create contract templates for Limagrain Corporate.
- Deliver legal insights on a variety of legal issues.
- Execute the Group Compliance Program, encompassing anti-corruption and antitrust initiatives.
- Assist the Procurement division in formulating legal policies and procedures on a global scale.
- Conduct legal research and aid in the drafting of internal and external documents.
- Facilitate training and communication efforts within Limagrain Corporate.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law.
- At least 7 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented approach.
- Proven rigor, creativity, and persuasive capabilities.
- Fluency in English for international business contexts.
