About SOLIHA Grand Paris

SOLIHA Grand Paris is a prominent non-profit organization with a dedicated team of 180 professionals, committed to enhancing housing solutions as a means of fostering social cohesion and inclusion. Our mission places individuals at the forefront of habitat initiatives.

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Accompanied Rehabilitation Department.

The Accompanied Rehabilitation Department comprises a diverse team of approximately sixty experts focused on providing guidance and support to property owners in improving and adapting their living spaces. Our clientele primarily consists of private property owners who receive assistance throughout their renovation journeys from housing advisors, project managers, thermal engineers, and occupational therapists. Additionally, this department plays a crucial role in developing tailored rental offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the department director and project leaders to manage communication efforts, including:
    • - Engaging with the public through various promotional tools such as the organization's website, brochures, videos, practical guides, and tutorials. This includes ensuring website optimization, creating communication materials, promoting SOLIHA's services via social media and partner publications, maintaining press relations, editing, and institutional contacts, writing engaging articles on supported projects, implementing newsletters, and monitoring online reputation.
    • - Organizing and promoting events: planning both digital and in-person workshops and events, overseeing communication, registration, logistics, and post-event evaluations.
    • - Fostering a culture of communication within the team: collaborating closely with various teams, sharing organizational information internally, and maintaining communication-related documentation.
    • - Working alongside the association's management for institutional communication efforts.

Candidate Profile

  • - A strong passion for the non-profit and social enterprise sector.
  • - Self-motivated, analytical, proactive, and responsible.
  • - Well-organized with project management capabilities across various formats (in-person, hybrid, digital).
  • - Exceptional writing skills.

Required Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree in communication with marketing expertise.
  • - Proficient in Office Suite, including Publisher.
  • - Experience with Joomla (training provided).
  • - Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, desktop publishing, and video production/editing skills are advantageous.

Work Locations

ILE DE FRANCE (Offices in Paris, Nanterre, or Cergy) - Remote work one day per week.

Employment Contract

Permanent, Full-time.

Salary

€30,000 - €33,000 annually.
