As part of the SOLIHA Movement, the leading national network in this field, we employ a team of 180 individuals committed to making housing a driving force for positive social change.
Our Accompanied Rehabilitation Department
Within our organization, the Accompanied Rehabilitation Department plays a vital role. Comprised of approximately sixty multidisciplinary professionals, this team provides guidance and support to property owners seeking to enhance their living spaces. Our housing advisors, project managers, thermal engineers, and occupational therapists work collaboratively with individuals to navigate renovation projects effectively.
Your Role: Communication Specialist
- Collaborate with the department director and project leaders to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
- Engage the general public through a variety of channels, including website management, promotional materials (flyers, videos, guides), social media presence, and partnerships with relevant publications.
- Cultivate strong relationships with press contacts and institutional stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
- Craft engaging articles highlighting successful rehabilitation projects, contribute to the development of a regular newsletter, and actively monitor online reputation.
- Plan and execute both digital and in-person workshops and events, managing communication, registration, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Foster a culture of open communication within the department by sharing organizational information effectively and maintaining relevant communication records.
- Support the association's overall institutional communication efforts in collaboration with management.
Your Profile
- A genuine passion for working within the non-profit and social enterprise sector.
- Demonstrated independence, analytical skills, initiative, and accountability.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, proactive planning, and project management expertise across various formats (in-person, hybrid, digital).
- Excellent written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher.
- Experience with Joomla (training provided).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, desktop publishing, video production and editing are highly advantageous.
